You are able to remove all personal data associated with participant accounts to ensure that you are adhering to regulatory stipulations (e.g. GDPR) and soundly respecting your participants' privacy with respect to the data on your Recollective site.

Since this action is usually being done across a group of participants that fall into some category, Smart Segments are usually the best approach. With the ability to create criteria based on relevant attributes, you'll be able to hone in on your desired group of Panelists with precision.
From the Smart Segment's setup page (once created), there's an Options menu in the top right that allows you to Remove Personal Data.
Simply choose which data is selected for removal (e.g. name, email, profile photo, fields containing PII, etc.) and you'll be able to simultaneously de-activate the accounts.
