Tasks within Activities can be made optional. Participants who choose to skip an optional Task can be asked to provide a reason (Not applicable to me, Don't have time, etc.). Analysts and Moderators can make Tasks optional even after responses have been received.
To make a Task optional, follow these steps:

📍 Go to the Activity that contains the relevant Task
Hover over the relevant Task card
Click on the menu arrow, then select Edit
Disable the Required Task toggle underneath the Task Name
Optional: Enable Ask for reason if skipped toggle
When enabled, participants will be required to select a reason for skipping the Task before they can proceed
Click Save
