Recollective automatically records and transcribes all Live Video Interviews (IDI). Once the meeting has concluded, the meeting recording will immediately begin processing.

Note: The processing time is usually 1.5 times the length of the meeting itself (a 30-minute session would take roughly 45 minutes to process and transcribe).
Once the video has finished processing, follow these steps to download the recording:

📍Go to your Live Video Interview Activity
Select the Recordings Tab
Open the video you want to download
Click Export Meeting
Select your desired meeting output. It will automatically begin downloading onto your device.
Repeat this process for each interview or output you want to download.
