How to Prevent a Firewall from Blocking Recollective

To prevent firewalls from blocking Recollective, follow the steps below:

  1. Send a list of the following domains to your IT department so they can be whitelisted (for ports 80 and 443):

    1. Your Recollective site's domain (if not a subdomain to recollective.com)

    2. recollective.com

    3. media.twiliocdn.com (live activities)

    4. *.twilio.com (live activities)

    5. .helpscout.net (in-app help system)

  2. If your email server is firewalled, send the following IP addresses to your IT department so they can be whitelisted:

    1. 149.72.55.233

    2. 168.245.17.144

    3. 149.72.175.106

    4. 159.183.222.177

  3. If you have a firewall or network filtering browser extension, disable it
